Caroline is a consultant speech language pathologist with more than 15 years of experience caring for infants, children, and people with autism, and other complex developmental and medical difficulties.
She is the former Divisional Director of THK Therapy Services & HUB, where she oversaw the deployment and clinical standards of therapists deployed across the largest Social Service Organisation in Singapore. Prior she was the Clinical Director at THK EIPIC Centre, where she setup community-based treatment programs, supervised speech therapist clinicians, and provided clinical services to infants and children from 0 to 7 years old.
She is a co-founder of Heal Therapy Services.
